Friday, September 3, 2010 - Had a GREAT run today! John V. Karavitis

Had a great run today.  Made a little over 5.25 miles in one hour, and did my 7 miles in 79 minutes.  So, I think I'll be okay for this Sunday's 10 K.  Packet pick-up tomorrow, won't run though, I think I might just walk the distance.  Then, weather for Sunday is supposed to be PERFECT.  I wonder what the timing "chip" is going to be like, if I don't turn it in, I'll be charged $95!  John V.
