HEAT WARNING FOR CHICAGOLAND TODAY!

John V. Karavitis  My Weather Channel Desktop says that it's gonna be a SCORCHER today!  Yikes!  Good thing I'm gonna pick up my race packet (and T-shirt! :) ) for my next 5K race!  The race will start at 9 AM, I hope it will be cooler on race day!  Hot (and humid) weather really saps my energy level.  John V.
