Saturday, August 21, 2010 - no running today

Karavitis  Okay, so it rained late last night to early morning, not God's Wrath of Rain, but just enough.  So, early morning and later were as humid as hell, could cut the air with a knife.  So, no running.  Sometimes it's better to stay at home and just veg out, let the ole legs recuperate.  Good thin I have Weather Channel Desktop, it really does a great job of telling me what the weather will be like over the next 12 hours and the next 10 days.  John V.
