Tuesday, August 24, 2010 - no jogging today

John V. Karavitis  Didn't go jogging today, had to do a lot of organizing and packing for my move at the end of the month.  However, next two days look like they'll be GREAT, high 70s max, and Friday will be good, too.  Still plugging away at my mileage and time.  Practice makes perfect for John V. Karavitis!
